Usage Agreement

By inviting the Discord Bot ROK EYE Bot#6303 (Unique Discord Application ID 1144626738987548762 hereby referred to as "Bot") to a Discord Server ("Server"), or by using its features, you agree to the below listed Terms of Service ("terms") and Privacy Policy ("Policy").

You may invite the Bot to a Server you have sufficient permissions for and use its sets of features on any Server you share with it. This privilege can be revoked and the Bot be removed from the Server at any time, should you violate these terms and/or policy, the Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy of Discord Inc., or their Community Guidelines.

Through inviting the Bot, you agree to share data as described in the Bot's policy. The intended use of this data is described in said policy.

Intended Age

Individuals of minimal age required to use Discord, as described in their Terms of Service may use the Bot and its features.

Affiliation and Liability

The Bot is not affiliated with, supported or made by Discord Inc.
Any direct connection to Discord or any of its Trademark objects is purely coincidental. We do not claim copyrights to any assets, trademarks or other objects of Discord.

Liability

The owner of the Bot emphasizes the importance of responsible use by all users. It is expected that the Bot will be used in accordance with its intended purposes and not for malicious activities against other individuals, communities, or Discord Inc. While we trust in the integrity of our users, we explicitly disclaim any liability for misuse of the Bot. Users are reminded that their actions may have legal and disciplinary consequences, both within the Discord platform and under applicable laws.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and policy at our own discretion, giving a 1 Week (7 days) period to opt out of the changed Terms and policy. You may opt out of these terms and policy by removing the Bot from any Server you have permission for and not using its features.

Usage of Data

The use of this Bot in a Server requires the collection of some specific user data ("Data").
The Data collected includes, but is not limited to Discord user ID values. Use of the Bot is considered an agreement to the terms of this policy.

Access to Data

Access to Data is only permitted to Bot's developers, and only in the scope required for the development, testing, and implementation of features for Bot. Data is not sold, provided to, or shared with any third party, except where required by law or a Terms of Service agreement.

Stored Information

Data is stored in encrypted database. The database is secured to prevent external access, however no guarantee is provided and the Bot owners assume no liability for the unintentional or malicious breach of Data. In the event of an unauthorised Data access, users will be notified through the Discord client application.

The Bot can automatically save the following information:
  • when activated via the command !mode in the Discord Server
    • guild_id with the Server's ID as value.
    • category_id with the Category ID as value.
    • channel_id with the Activated Channel ID as value.
    • mode with the selected mode value (PEERLESS_SCHOLAR, CALCULATOR, KVK_STATS or HOH).
  • when users send it commands or attachments in the Activated Channel
    • msg_id with the processed Message ID as value.
    • user_id with the User ID as value.
  • when users send it commands or game screenshot in the Activated Channel with selected modes: KVK_STATS or HOH
    • gov_id with the In-Game ID as value.
    • msg_url with the Message Link as value.
    • details with the recognized game data from the game screenshot.

No other information other than the above will be stored.

Updating Data

The data may be updated when using specific features of the Bot.
Such updates of data often requires the input of a user, including data that can be seen as identifiable and sensitive, such as text messages. This data is stored in the database only if it relates to the functionality of the Bot and is used only for its intended purpose.

User Rights

Temporary stored Information

The Bot may keep the stored information in an internal cacheing mechanic for a certain amount of time to reduce requests to its database.
After a specified time period will the cached data be discared and only re-aquired when needed.

Data may be dropped from cache pre-maturely through actions such as removing the Bot from the Server.

Removal of Data

Automatic removal

Stored Data can be removed automatically through means of removing the Bot from a Server. This can be achieved by using the moderation features provided by Discord.
Re-adding the Bot back to the Server will store data again, as described in the Stored Information section of this policy.

Manual removal

Manual removal of the data can be requested through email at [email protected].
For security reasons will we ask you to provide us with proof of ownership of the Server, that you wish the data to be removed of. Only a Server owner may request manual removal of data and requesting it will result in the bot being removed from the Server, if still present on it.
